The size is referred to as man-years, though it only counts for one week and the reference week cannot be said to be representative for the whole calendar year. Sickness absence certified by a doctor and maternity leave is included in the numbers. Contracted man-years for employees in folk high schools and schools where both the first and second standard industrial classification is post-secondary vocational education is not included in the numbers.
