The indicator indicates the proportion of gross operating expenses (GUE) for the care service that is spent on staffed housing.
Included:
This includes both institutional and home care. Institutions include nursing homes, children's homes and 24-hour respite care in institutions/communities/co-located/communities/co-located care homes. Home care includes co-located care homes and communities with on-site staff. There is no requirement that staffing be present 24/7.
In addition to the municipality's own housing, housing units purchased from private enterprises or other municipalities are also included. The housing service applies regardless of target groups, i.e. housing for e.g. the elderly, people with developmental disabilities, functional impairments, mental illnesses or substance abuse problems is included.
Not included:
Care homes without a staff base are not included.
Expenditures related to home services from a staff base that has been established for a single user are not considered staffed housing.
