The indicator shows the proportion of newly moved-in households where one or more individuals have a mental disorder and/or substance abuse issues, as a percentage of all newly allocated households during the year. This combines the three previous categories: mental disorders, substance abusers, and individuals with both substance abuse and mental disorders.
The term "newly moved-in households" refers to the allocation of housing to households that did not reside in municipal housing at the time of application. This is distinct from households that have changed municipal housing during the year or households that have had their lease extended in their current municipal housing during the year. The percentage of newly moved-in households with substance abusers with mental disorders is calculated as a proportion of all newly allocated households. Data is extracted from form 13. The denominator is the total number of newly moved-in households allocated housing during the year. Data is collected from form 13.
