Name	Other transfers
Definition	Remaining transfer expenditures in the Central government fiscal account. Among others it includes transfers to private individuals, organizations, private enterprises, transfers to central government enterprises, local authority enterprises and county administrational enterprises which are organised as independent legal entities. Examples of these are public limited corporations, state corporations and health enterprises. Other transfers also include transfers abroad, for example contributions to international organisations and interest and losses on guarantees and loans.
