Several derived indicators are made from the CPI, the main one measuring underlying inflation. Since the CPI can be "disturbed" by random and temporarily shocks that do not have permanent influence on the inflation, this disturbances are being removed: 1) CPI adjusted for tax changes (CPI-AT) 2) CPI adjusted for taxes and without energy products (CPI-ATE) 3) CPI without energy products (CPI-AE) 4) CPI without electricity (CPI-AEL)
