| Comments | Before 2017, this variable comprised the taxable value of shares and other securities. For the income years after 2016, a number of financial assets, such as stocks and shares in stock funds, have been given a value dicount when taxed. In Statistics Norway's income and wealth statistics for households, these assets have been estimated to market value or assumed sales value. |
