Issues of bonds decreased

Issues of bonds decreased by 39.7 per cent in the 4 quarter 2003 compared with the corresponding period in 2002. During the 4 quarter 2003 the total amount of commercial paper issues in Norway were NOK 59.8 billion, while issues of bonds and commercial papers abroad amounted to NOK 51.1 billion.
