Increase in bond issues

From the third quarter of 2005 to the third quarter of 2006, there was a NOK 3.8 billion increase in bonds issued in the Norwegian market.

The value of commercial papers issued in Norway in the period was NOK 56 billion. The total issue of bonds and commercial papers abroad amounted to NOK 223.3 billion in the third quarter of 2006, an increase of 81.5 per cent compared with the third quarter of 2005.
