High activity within electricity supply
Estimates for 2004 are roughly at the same level as the corresponding figures for 2003. Growing activity within electricity supply contributes to maintain the level of investments.
Total investments in 2003 covering manufacturing, mining and quarrying and electricity supply are expected to reach about NOK 19.5 billion - measured in current value. This is 8 per cent less than the corresponding figures for 2002. A considerable drop in investments within manufacturing is partly replaced by increased investment activity within electricity supply. Estimates for 2004 indicate further growth in investments within electricity supply.
