Increased deliveries of auto diesel

The total deliveries of petroleum products came to 790 million litres in November, which is a 6.9 per cent increase from November last year. The deliveries of auto diesel came to 213 million litres in November, which is a 20.5 per cent increase compared with November 2003, and thereby contributed the most to the total increase.

The past 12 months

The total deliveries of petroleum products for the past 12 months were 9 331 million litres, 1.4 per cent less than in the previous 12-month period. The deliveries of auto diesel and jet fuel increased by 5.9 and 11.1 per cent, respectively, and light heating oil and lighting and heating kerosene decreased by 22.2 per cent compared with November 2003.

There were 22 delivery days in November 2004 against 20 in November 2003.
