In September, total sales of petroleum products amounted to 727 million litres. This equals an 8.9 per cent decrease compared to September 2014. Sales of all petroleum products decreased.

Total sales of diesel amounted to 336 million litres in September. This equals a 2 million litre decrease compared to September 2014. Sales of gasoline ended at 98 million litres; a decrease of 5 million litres.

The average price of a litre of diesel was NOK 12.06, which represents a decrease of NOK 1.01 from September last year and a NOK 0.15 decrease from August to September this year.
