30 per cent growth in income
From the mid 1990’s to 2005 income received by Norwegian households rose by nearly 30 per cent in fixed prices. Some groups have experienced a weaker rise in income than the average household. Young singles, people on social assistance and people with longstanding illness had an income growth of less than 20 per cent in the same period.
