More road goods transport
Norwegian lorries transported about 65 million tonnes of goods in national and international transport in the second quarter of 2005. The transport performance amounted to 4.7 billion tonne-kilometres. This is an increase of 4.6 and 11.9 per cent, respectively, from the second quarter of 2004. 84 per cent of the transport performance was performed in connection with transport on the national territory.
