16 people killed in road traffic accidents
In July 2015, 16 persons were killed in road traffic accidents, according to preliminary figures. In July 2014, the corresponding figure was 18.

The average for July over the last 10 years is 20 fatalities.
Of the fatalities last month, nine were men and seven were women. Four of the fatalities were car drivers, four were car passengers, five were motorcyclists, one was a cyclist, one was a pedestrian and one was an ‘other road user’.
