12 killed on the roads in December
In December 2015, 12 persons were killed on the roads in Norway according to preliminary figures. In December 2014, the corresponding figure was 5.

The average for December over the last 10 years is 16 fatalities.
Of the fatalities last month, ten were men and two were women. Nine of the fatalities were car drivers, one was driving a moped and two were pedestrians.
A total of 123 persons have been killed in traffic accidents on Norwegian roads this year.
