Excluding the Utøya donations, the two parties received two thirds of the election campaign donations, i.e. NOK 19.7 million. The other parties received NOK 10.3 million during the campaign period from 1 January to the election.

These donors contributed with more than 80 per cent of the amounts received by those three parties, with the Centre Party receiving all of its donations from the labour organisations. The labour organisations donated more than 50 per cent of all contributions.
Private donors
Private donors contributed NOK 5.5 million, of which NOK 3.3 million was to the Conservatives and Progress Party. Private donors financed more than 50 per cent of all contributions received by the Progress Party, which received the remainder of its contributions from commercial enterprises.
