Final seasonally adjusted volume index indicates the same figures as preliminary index: Index of retail sales decreased by 0.5 from August to September.

The volume index of retail sales increased 0.7 per cent in September 2000 compared with September 1999. The value index rose 3.4 per cent and the price index increased 2.6 per cent in September 2000 compared with September 1999.
