Seasonally adjusted index of volume corrected down by 0.2 per cent

For March 2007, the seasonally adjusted index of volume for retail trade is corrected down by 0.2 per cent. After the correction, the seasonally adjusted index of volume shows an increase by 1.1 per cent from February till March this year.

The index of volume not adjusted is corrected down by 0.4 per cent, and is now 12.0 per cent higher, compared to March last year.

The reason for the correction is an error in the index of volume from the original publishing on 2 May this year.
