| Definition | Hours worked by employed persons (employees and self-employed) in domestic production during one year. The hours worked refer to production within effective and normal working hours, with addition for overtime while deducting absences due to sickness, leave of absence, vacations and any labour conflicts. Hours worked are also influenced by the calendar effect (movable holidays and leap years). Number of working days may vary until three days from one year to next. |
