The variable TILTAK on the ARENA-files are changed Due to the new regulation of schemes, that took effect from 01.01.2009, the group "Occupationally handicapped" changed its description to "Impaired work capability". The group included until March 2010, the same persons as the previous group of occupationally handicapped. Owing to the new regulation of schemes, NAV has also changed the group division of labour market schemes. Based on this Statistics Norway chose from 01.01.2009 to change their own group division used in Statistics Norways code-list to the variable tiltak on the ARENA-files. The change affect only ordinary labour marked schemes (1-5 in old code-list), which no are merged into one code (1 in the new code-list). From March 2010 the group 'Recipients of medical rehabilitation benefit' and 'Recipients of time-limited disability benefit' are classified as 'Persons with impaired work capability'. This affect the old main group 5 in the Arena-codes, which are replaced with the groups 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14. Due to NAV's changes in the classification of Persons with impaired work capability current from March 2010, we have decided to conclude the time series in our publishing implement, the category 'Persons with impaired work capability, not on schemes'. The correction does not affect 'Persons with impaired work capability on schemes'. |
