Improvement of the GAB register

The municipalities are frequently working on improving the GAB-register. This has caused differences between figures of this year compared to last year. This year it is most obvious in Oslo, Hordaland and Sør-Trøndelag. A lot of this work is related to the Residence Address Project. Another reason for different figures in Oslo is a transfer of the local register KomGAB to the official register RiksGAB.

Unspecified building type

This year there are 151 buildings of which the building type is not given. Last year there were 154 unspecified buildings.
