The quality of the data-source for child care institutions in the Oslo municipality has been improved during 2010. This improvement resulted in a decrease in man-years for the institutions in total. If the figures for Oslo municipality are excluded, the increase in 2010 of man-years for the country in total was 2.7 per cent, instead of 1.1 per cent.
