Changes in the pension system has led to reduction in pension costs in 2010 and 2014, leading to breach in time-series. In StatRes table 09447 pension costs are corrected for the reduction and thus operating costs for 2010 and 2014 can be compared to other years. From 2017 the health enterprises are entitled to VAT refund. Hence, revenues and expences are reduced compared to previous years.
