From 2021 the Child Welfare Services can continue measures until the age of 25 years. Earlier the upper age limit was 23 years. From 2021 there is a new category of measures 2.06 Temporary homes in family and close network. From 2023 the age category of 24 includes, as well as the age groups 18-24 and 0-24, persons who have turned 25 during the statistical year. For previous years, these are included in the Unknown age category. For the statistical year 2023: The increase in measure code 4.04 Financial assistance can largely be linked to Trondheim and recoding in relation to the transition to new systems in some municipalities. The increase for Trondheim is not actual.
