4. Net operating expenditure

Net operating expediture: Net operating expenditure is not equal to gross operating expenditure less gross operating revenue. This is because of the correction made in gross operating expenditure where type 710 sick pay reimbursement and type 729 VAT compensation accumulated in operational accounts is extracted. The same correction is not made in gross operating revenues.
