The table shows a summary report for the county authorities revenues and expenditures in the operational accounts. Figures are calculated in NOK 1000.

The figures are derived from reported accounting forms from county authorities, county authority own units with separate accounts within own county (FKF), municipality collaborations and inter- county authority companies (IKS). The operational accounts for the inter- county authority companies (IKS) is calculated according to the shares owned by the participating county authorities. This information is collected from the company register at Brønnøysund.

A similar table for the county authority exclusive it’s corporations can be found in the following statistical table 12363.

Transfers and purchases between the county authority and it’s corporations is eliminated in the calculations. Any differences incurred in these variables will indicate discrepancies in the reports. The discrepancies affect the operational revenues and operational expenditures. If the variables shows a difference equal to 0, it means that the transfers and purchases between the county authority and it’s corporations is reported correctly, or the county does not have any corporationsbr>
This table comprises figures from the previous table referred to “County authority consolidated accounts.

Due to migration to KOSTRA'S new production system, there could be discrepancies in some of the accounting classifications in the new tables, in comparison to discontinued tables for 2015 and 2016. This is as a result of different calculating methods applied.
