Food waste (tonnes)

Includes all usable parts of the crop produced for humans, but which have been discarded or taken out of the food chain for purposes other than human food from the time it is harvested.

Food waste for other uses (per cent)

Includes disposal, biofuels and all other uses that are not human food and are not covered by the other categories.
