Footnotes
The measurement of progress over time was reset in 2022. However, Statistics Norway (SSB) did not receive individual-level score points with decimals from the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training (Udir) until 2023. Therefore, the average score points without decimals from 2014-2022 are included under ¿Closed time series¿.
