Cost index for road goods transport, Q1.333333333333333333 2001

The total cost index for road goods transport was unchanged the last month. During the last 12 months the increase was 2.7 per cent.

The sub index for tyre increased by 3.4 per cent from April 2000 to April 2001. The last month the increase was 0.7 per cent. The sub-index for capital costs increased by 0.6 per cent from March to April. This sub index has increased by 6.3 per cent the last 12 months.

The administration cost index increased by 0.2 per cent the last month. The other sub-indices showed little or no change from March to April.
