Cost index for road goods transport, Q2.333333333333333333 2001

The total cost index for road goods transport increased by 0.2 per cent the last month. Since July last year the increase has been 0.8 per cent.

The insurance cost index increased by 4.9 per cent the last month. From July 2000 to July 2001 the increase was 10.2 per cent.

The sub-index for repair and service costs increased by 3.9 per cent from July 2000 to July 2001. The last month the sub index increased by 1.4 per cent.

The administration cost index increased by 1.8 per cent from July 2000 to July 2001. Since the previous month this index showed an increase of 0.2 per cent.

Since July 2000 the index for capital costs has increased by 5.8 per cent. Since June this year this index has increased by 2.9 per cent.

The wage index has increased by 0.2 per cent from May to June 2001. Since June 2000 the increase has been 2.5 per cent.

The other sub-indices showed little or no change the last month.
