The municipal and county council elections 2019 were held as if the reform had already been implemented. Several questions in the survey is about the reform. Voters have also been asked different questions depending on whether they lived in municipalities that were affected by the reform or whether they lived in municipalities that were not affected by the reform. The answers to the questioner are presented uncommented in Chapter 9 of the report. Chapters 2 to 8 deal with party choice according to several background characteristics, as well as trust in various social institutions and stated reasons for not voting. Some of these results have been published previously. In this report, however, the answers from all the questions by background characteristics such as gender, age, education, party choice, and immigration are presented for the first time.
