Increase in full-time positions
In the second quarter of 2019 there were 2 719 000 employed persons in Norway. This was a year-on-year increase of 22 000. The increase was in full-time positions.

According to the Labour Force Survey, the unemployment rate was 3.2 per cent in April, adjusted for seasonal variations. This accounts for a decrease of 0.6 percentage points from January. The decrease happened mainly among those over the age of 24.
