Self employed persons are not included. As from 2006 the age limit was lowered from 16 to 15 years. The definition of age was changed in 2008 from completed years at the end of the year to completed years at the time of the reference week. The statistics cover persons aged 15-74 years. The new data source has provided the statistics with better quality. The quality improvements are particularly visible for employees on short-term stays (not registered as resident). Due to limitations in the data sources we used up to 2014, we included too many employees on short-term stays. The decline we see for this group from 2014 to 2015 is thus not real. Self employed persons are not included.
