Receivers of disability benefit
From 2015 and on, disability benefit is taxed after the same rules as income from work. Before 2015, this group was called 'Receivers of Disability pension', and disability pension was taxed as pension.

Living alone and recipient of the minimum old-age pension or the minimum guaranteed disability benefit.

Before 2010, this includes people in households where the main income earner was registered with longstanding illness. Included are people in receipt of rehabilitation allowances, persons incapable of full employment but parttaking in labour market schemes, and others.

People in households where the main income earner has received social assistance during the year

Persons having recieved social assistance for at least 6 months of the year.

In 2016, the registered receiving period for some of the long term receivers of social assistance in Oslo were too short, which makes the numbers not directly comparable with the years before and after.
