Persons with health problems and disabilities have answered in the survey that they have limitations in activities because of a health problem that has lasted for more than 6 months, and that they think of this health problem as a disability. Therefore, this is group is a subgroup of persons with disabilities, since persons with disabilities don't necessarily have a health problem.
